Northside Center for Child Development

MAD recently completed construction on the newly relocated Northside Center for Child Development. Integrated within The Carolina, an affordable housing project, built by L&M Development Partners, the community center is located on the first two floors of the new building at Park Avenue and E.108th Street in the heart of East Harlem. The facility consists of an early education school of eight classrooms, a health and therapy clinic, multiple spaces for after-school programs, and the administration offices for NCCD.
