Built in 1893, the Neo-Renaissance style rowhouse was restored to join an upgraded historic block within the Hamilton Heights/Sugar Hill NW Historic District. The scope of work involved the resurfacing of the stucco and recreation of the decorative detailing including the brownstone bandcourses, pilasters and parlor entrance hood. All scope was reviewed and approved by the NYC Landmarks Preservation Commission.
