Wellness Center

Located on Castle Point overlooking the Hudson river, this conversion of a midcentury residence creates a new student health and counseling center for Stevens Institute of Technology. The design work adds an elevator, new stairs, and ADA accessibility to the building in addition to providing clinical exam rooms, counseling rooms, and supplementary administrative facilities. Full infrastructure upgrades and services were coordinated for the project. Interior finishes meet high standards in sustainability and maintenance.
